EG3012 driver chip

EG3012 is a cost-effective high-power MOS tube, IGBT tube gate drive dedicated chip, the internal integrated logic signal input processing circuit, dead zone control circuit, latch circuit, level shift circuit, pulse filter circuit and output drive circuit , Dedicated to brushless motor controller in the drive circuit. 
  EG3012 high-side operating voltage up to 100V, Vcc power supply voltage range 11V ~ 30V, static power consumption is only 4.5mA. The chip has a latch function to prevent the output power tube at the same time conduction, input channels HIN and LIN built a 10K pull-down resistor, the input floating when the upper and lower power MOS tube in a closed state, the output structure using half-bridge Darlington Tube structure, using SOP8 package.
